  • Workspace Search & Confidential Openings

This week brings two big features: instant Search across your workspace and Opening members for confidential roles. We also shipped a number of improvements to forms, fields, and views to make day‑to‑day work smoother.

Find anything in your workspace, instantly. Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K) to open the new search modal and immediately find applications, candidates, openings, messages, and more. Results from across your workspace appear in a single view, allowing you to navigate directly to what you need without losing context.

    • Confidentiality, Built-in: Search results automatically respect opening visibility. If an opening is restricted to specific members, only those members will see associated items in their search results.

    • Designed for Speed: Our new search architecture is built for low-latency, relevant results, keeping you in your flow without waiting for pages to reload.

    Opening Members & Visibility

You can now control who sees specific job openings by setting visibility to Everyone or Members only. When an opening is set to Members only, it will only be visible to the selected members and the workspace owner.

This end-to-end privacy control is perfect for:

    • Running confidential executive searches.
    • Piloting new roles with a small hiring team.
    • Limiting access to sensitive candidate pipelines.

This setting also controls who receives new application notifications, ensuring complete privacy.

    General Applications

Capture interest from top talent, even when you don’t have a specific role open. You can now enable a “General Application” page on your careers page. Submissions automatically create candidate profiles, complete with resumes and form responses, so you can build a pipeline of exceptional inbound talent year-round.

    Improvements (10)
    1. Persistent views & filters Views
Your filters, sorting, and column configuration for default views on Applications, Openings, Candidates, and Roles are now cached and automatically saved. They persist across refreshes and sign‑ins so your setup is always just the way you left it.
    2. Columns saved to views + column hiding Columns
Column configuration is now saved alongside filters and sorting for each view. You can also hide columns to keep grids focused on what matters.
    3. Clearer filter chips Filters
Selected filters now display the operator and value (not just the name), making active filters easier to understand at a glance.
    4. More built‑in properties Properties
