Lists show just what you need for each application, and the full details load when you open one.

In list columns, long text appears as a short preview instead of a wall of text.

Emails and messages in an application's timeline open and close, so you can see the whole history at a glance.

Your processes appear sooner, however many you have.

Descriptions of forms, email templates, processes, statuses, permission groups and views are limited to 1,024 characters, which keeps lists and pages quick.

A few letters of a name, title or email is enough. A typo or two is forgiven, and the order of the words does not matter: "eze dara" finds Dara Eze.

Look for a skill or a phrase and get the applications that mention it, best match first. Word forms are understood, so "engineer" also finds "engineers".

Whatever you save is searchable straight away: a new application, an edited note, a renamed opening. There is nothing to wait for.

Results come back in milliseconds, including workspaces with hundreds of thousands of applications.

When many candidates visit a careers page at once, it keeps loading quickly, and the rest of Ornelle is not affected.

Pick your stages, add custom ones, choose reviewers and Ornelle builds the process with the statuses, forms and emails for each stage.

Each stage shows as a sentence. Click a highlighted part to change the status, meeting, interviewers, message template or emails, then save.

Reorder stages, add new ones, and delete one safely: if applications are still in it, you get a link to them first.

The browser tab shows the page or record you are on, with the workspace name, and the inbox count when there are updates.

If someone else changed the same process in another tab, you are told to reload instead of losing their change.

Turn on a bot challenge for an opening page, and applications are only accepted from visitors who pass it. It also covers the general application.
